Terms of Service

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 4 "useful" days after confirmation of payment.
Shipping: We ship a few items from our Hong Kong warehouse and some from our warehouse in USA, the details are always mentioned in the listing. Please read carefully before you buy.
Delivery Time: Items shipped via ePacket HK take about 1 to 3 weeks, ie 15 to 25 business days

Special Note: HK is closed for the Lunar Festival from February 2 to February 15, postal services usually close around February 5, all requests received during this period will be sent after February 15
